The energetic heart of The ARC — an unforgettable geodesic environment for workshops, ceremonies, conversations, teachings, movement, music, meditation and group experiences. Capacity up to approximately 100.

The ARC is designed to support residential experiences. Depending on retreat configuration and single or double occupancy, the campus can accommodate approximately 14 to 24 overnight guests.
That flexibility supports intimate executive and leadership retreats as well as larger residential experiences while preserving the warmth and connection that make The ARC distinctive.

A Little Warmth on the Journey
Meet SAGE.
Sage is the beloved Goldendoodle mascot of The ARC — a warm, playful presence who reminds us what true connection feels like. She embodies so much of what The ARC stands for: unconditional love, joyful welcome, grounding, and the feeling that you belong exactly as you are.
With her gentle spirit, wise eyes, and intuitive nature, Sage has a way of sensing when someone needs comfort, companionship, or simply a quiet presence nearby. She greets guests with open-hearted affection, loves being close to circles and gatherings, and has become part of the experience for so many people who visit The ARC.
She is more than our mascot. She is family, the unofficial guardian of joy at The ARC, and a living reminder to lead with love.

As an event planner, We’ve worked with many venues throughout Southern California, and The ARC has become one of my favorite places to host retreats for our clients.
What makes The ARC so special is how intentionally the property is designed for the retreat experience. It offers the privacy and sense of escape you want for meaningful group work, while still being incredibly convenient. Grocery stores, supplies, and everything our team may need are close by, and the additional housing and extended campus options make it easy to accommodate different group sizes without losing the feeling of being together.
The Abundance Dome is especially unique. It gives facilitators a dedicated space for workshops, ceremonies, movement, and group sessions, while the rest of the property provides separate areas for meals, conversations, relaxation, and downtime. That separation makes a huge difference operationally and allows the retreat to flow naturally throughout the day.
Our clients have consistently loved their experiences at The ARC, and from an event-planning perspective, it has been one of the best retreat locations we have found in Southern California. It offers a rare combination of beauty, functionality, convenience, and thoughtful spaces that truly support transformational gatherings.

The ARC feels like familiar territory to me in the best possible way. As part of the Community Architects Fellowship, I had already experienced the depth of connection and intentionality the space was designed to hold, so launching my Radiant Accent community here felt incredibly aligned.
What made the experience so meaningful was being able to gather people who are navigating loss and create a space where they could reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with life again. There was something truly magical about watching people soften, open up, laugh, feel, and begin to come back to themselves.
The ARC gave us the environment to do that work with both depth and warmth. It is a special place for people doing meaningful work in the world, and I’m grateful that one of the earliest chapters of Radiant Accent was born here.

Launching the Raise the Bar community at The ARC was a major milestone for me. As a Community Architects Fellow, it felt powerful to bring the vision into a physical space and create an experience where founders could step away from the noise, connect profoundly, and focus on what they were building next.
This was also one of the earlier founder-focused retreats hosted at The ARC, and the team really showed up. It was the property’s first summer season, and we unexpectedly discovered that the Dome could get quite hot during the day. Like any new venue finding its rhythm, there were things being learned in real time, but what stood out to me was how quickly everyone adapted and kept the experience moving. Blue Diamond Events helped pull everything together beautifully, and the founders of The ARC were profoundly hands-on in making sure we had what we needed.
Despite those early growing pains, the retreat was an incredible success. We generated $133,000 in revenue, and more importantly, it showed me what can happen when the right people, environment, and experience come together intentionally.
The ARC became more than a venue for us. It became part of the launch story of Raise the Bar, and I’ll always associate the space with momentum, connection, adaptability, and possibility.
