Transformational Retreats
Immersive experiences centered around personal growth, spirituality, healing, creativity, human development and meaningful change.
San Diego Mountains · California
An intimate four-acre retreat campus designed for transformation, leadership, wellness, community, celebration and profoundly human connection.
More Than a Retreat Venue
Most venues give you rooms.
The ARC gives you a container.
Every part of the campus has been intentionally created to support connection, reflection, creativity, restoration and transformation. Gather beneath the geometry of the Abundance Dome. Share meals and conversations in the Flow House. Sit around the fire beneath the stars. Walk the land. Rest. Create. Celebrate.
Come here to step outside ordinary life. Leave with something new alive in you.
Mountain air. Sunrise. Sunset. Stars. Space to move between community and solitude.
A Campus for Transformation
The ARC welcomes retreat leaders, facilitators, educators, founders, wellness practitioners, community builders, organizations and families creating experiences with intention.
Immersive experiences centered around personal growth, spirituality, healing, creativity, human development and meaningful change.
Step away from daily operations and reconnect with vision, relationships, purpose and what matters most.
Create space for your leadership team to think differently, reconnect profoundly and imagine what comes next.
True belonging, strengthen relationships and help a network or audience become a true community.
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, sound, longevity, nutrition, restoration and integrative wellbeing.
Intimate dinners, luncheons, milestones, Diwali, Lunar New Year, rites of passage and other meaningful gatherings.
The Campus
The energetic heart of The ARC - an unforgettable geodesic environment for workshops, ceremonies, conversations, teachings, movement, music, meditation and group experiences. Capacity up to approximately 100.
The social heart of the campus: meals, conversations, workshops, lounging and the spontaneous moments that often become the most memorable part of a retreat.
A dedicated setting for restoration and wellbeing. Depending on the experience, offerings may include sauna, red light therapy, massage, hydrogen water and other restorative modalities.
A private guest house offering additional accommodations and space for retreat leaders, faculty, special guests or participants.
Four acres of mountain landscape with nature paths, outdoor gathering spaces, fire circle, jacuzzi, quiet corners and room to move between community and solitude.
Stay at The ARC
The ARC is designed to support residential experiences. Depending on retreat configuration and single or double occupancy, the campus can accommodate approximately 14 to 24 overnight guests.
That flexibility supports intimate executive and leadership retreats as well as larger residential experiences while preserving the warmth and connection that make The ARC distinctive.
Designed for the Spaces Between the Agenda
The walk afterward.
The conversation at breakfast.
The moment around the fire.
The silence before sunrise.
The person you unexpectedly sit next to at dinner.
The ARC Mascot
A Little Warmth on the Journey
The GoldenDoodle mascot of The ARC - a warm, playful side character in a place built around welcome, presence and connection.
Not a logo. Just a very good reason to smile when the work gets purpose...
Why The ARC
A ballroom creates one kind of experience. A boardroom creates another. A Zoom room creates another. A mountain campus beneath an open sky creates something entirely different.
When people leave their normal environment, enter a beautiful and intentional space, and gather with purpose, different conversations become possible.
